Catherine is responsible for the finance function with a key objective to deliver continuous improvement and drive business value as we gear for growth. Catherine leads the development of the finance team, driving the review and implementation of financial control policies and efficient, scalable systems to facilitate global compliance. Catherine is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has significant financial experience within Biotech and Saas high growth startups.
